Ellen has been an elementary school educator for the past 17 years both in the United States and Asia. She is currently teaching at an international school in Tokyo. Ellen began her career in theatre in New York City. She took a break to raise a family and to begin a career in teaching. Ellen returned to the stage five years ago in Shanghai, appearing in numerous English language productions and in May will appear with Tokyo International Players. She has always incorporated drama into her classroom lessons as well as taught acting in after school programs to children of all ages. Ellen is delighted to bring drama to pre-school children who can benefit from this powerful medium.
